Platform overview

Instica is a multi-channel inventory management platform built for physical and digital goods sellers. The platform consists of:

  • Web dashboard at app.instica.com — full-featured inventory and sales management
  • iOS app — mobile-first scanning, cataloging, listing, and order management
  • REST API — programmatic access for custom integrations and automation
  • Browser extension — product scraping from print-on-demand marketplaces

Supported marketplaces

Instica connects to multiple selling platforms for cross-channel inventory synchronization:

  • eBay — full listing, delisting, and order sync via OAuth
