Platform overview
Instica is a multi-channel inventory management platform built for physical and digital goods sellers. The platform consists of:
- Web dashboard at app.instica.com — full-featured inventory and sales management
- iOS app — mobile-first scanning, cataloging, listing, and order management
- REST API — programmatic access for custom integrations and automation
- Browser extension — product scraping from print-on-demand marketplaces
Supported marketplaces
Instica connects to multiple selling platforms for cross-channel inventory synchronization:
- eBay — full listing, delisting, and order sync via OAuth
- Discogs — marketplace integration for music and media sellers
- Etsy — handmade and vintage goods marketplace
- Shopify — e-commerce storefront integration
- Redbubble, TeePublic, Society6 — print-on-demand via browser extension
